ZLUSD is a dollar-pegged stablecoin issued for Zelle® by Anchorage Digital Bank NA, redeemable 1:1 U.S. Dollars and designed for payments, transfers, and conversions. ZLUSD is a USD-backed stablecoin issued by Anchorage Digital, a federally chartered digital asset bank regulated by the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). The token is deployed on the Solana blockchain, with its official contract address verifiable on Solscan. ZLUSD is issued through Anchorage's stablecoin infrastructure, which supports minting stablecoins against USD held in custody, redeeming stablecoins back into USD — all governed by the same custody and security model Anchorage applies to other digital assets it holds. As an OCC-chartered institution, Anchorage operates under federal banking supervision, distinguishing its stablecoin issuance model from non-bank issuers.
