RWAT

Real World Asset Token ($RWAT) is the utility, access and governance token of the Tutellus Investment Club. Tutellus is a Spanish-language Web3 Venture Builder that has been building its community for about ten years. The club is a private members’ group whose members get priority access and better terms in co-investment opportunities of RWA in the companies that are incubated in Tutellus. $RWAT is an ERC-20 token on Polygon (PoS) with a fixed supply of 200,000,000 tokens. Holders can lock $RWAT for up to two years to receive xRWAT. How much xRWAT they get depends on the lock period and scales linearly. A member’s xRWAT balance sets their status in the club, entitles them to staking rewards and gives them voting power in the club’s DAO to decide about RWA investment opportunities inside the Club. Each Club member has NFT that holds a fixed amount of $RWAT locked for two years (53,000 tokens under the current parameters). Members at the first tier get access to private investment rounds, up to 30% higher APR on debt investments, and up to 5% additional equity in equity deals offered through the group. Through the DAO, xRWAT holders vote on reward parameters, on how many tokens must be locked to reach membership status, and on how the club treasury is used. Initial liquidity is in two pools on GT3.finance, $RWAT/USDT and $RWAT/GT3.
