PUMPER

Pumper is a permissionless token-launch protocol built on Uniswap V3, on Stable. Anyone can create a token through a fixed, non-configurable process: a set 1,000,000,000 supply, no presale, no team allocation, no custom tax, with 100% of supply seeded as one-sided, permanently-locked Uniswap V3 liquidity at launch. Trading is ordinary V3 swapping at a flat 1% fee with no extra creator tax. Anyone can permissionlessly harvest a pool's accrued fees: the token side is burned to the dead address and the stablecoin side is split between the protocol and a reward pool for that token's stakers. $PUMPER is Pumper's own token and governance asset, and additionally earns holders a stablecoin staking yield and a daily distribution of tokenized gold (XAUt0), both funded by its own pool fees.
