KOR Protocol is an onchain clearinghouse for creative assets, deployed on Base. It provides infrastructure for registering rights, licensing creative assets, and settling payments between rights holders and buyers. The protocol performs three functions. Verify establishes provenance through an attestation graph covering authorship, sample clearance, AI provenance and commercial state. Route matches assets to buyers through an agent registry built to the ERC-8004 standard. Settle executes payment in USDC, with revenue splits declared at the point of registration rather than reconciled afterwards. Five consumer applications are built on the protocol and are live in production. Korus provides AI music creation and remix tools with onchain rights attribution. VRSNS handles officially licensed remixes and derivative works. Pacer provides rights registration and distribution tools for artists and producers. Streamline offers catalogue analytics and rights intelligence for enterprise clients. KOR Hubs hosts intellectual property partner and community environments. Each application writes to shared protocol infrastructure.
