EQX Tokenized QQQ (EQQQQ) is a native HIP-1 spot token on Hyperliquid HyperCore, with a linked ERC-20 representation on HyperEVM. It references Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1 (QQQ) and trades against USDC on Hyperliquid. The token is issued by EQX SPC Ltd., a British Virgin Islands segregated portfolio company, through the portfolio associated with the reference asset. EQX Labs, Inc. provides technology services. The token is an unsecured, limited-recourse debt instrument of the issuer, backed by shares held in custody or contracted for delivery from authorized participants. It is not a share in the underlying company or fund and gives holders no direct rights against it. EQX publishes backing data separating settled shares and shares in flight. Dividends are reinvested into the shares-per-token ratio, and corporate actions may change that ratio. Eligible institutional authorized participants create and redeem in kind; other holders trade on the order book. The market price can differ from the underlying asset value. EQX tokens are not offered to U.S. persons, persons in the United States, residents of or persons in the British Virgin Islands, or sanctioned persons.
