GenesisL1 is a live, public, permissionless proof-of-stake Layer 1 blockchain designed as infrastructure for decentralized science (DeSci), bioinformatics, verifiable data, machine learning and programmable digital assets. It combines a Cosmos SDK and CometBFT application chain with an integrated Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), enabling Solidity smart contracts alongside native staking, governance and Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC). Researchers, developers, institutions and autonomous software can publish and tokenize datasets, molecular structures and models; manage programmable rights; execute deterministic on-chain inference; and build applications whose inputs, model versions, execution records and outputs remain independently inspectable. L1 coin is the network’s native asset for gas, staking, governance, community-pool funding and optional application settlement.
